I was in a lot of knee pain in the spring of 2020 when I was at the height of my mountain biking season. I needed to drain the pain. With a mixture of martial arts, bodywork, nutrition, community support, meditation, loving kindness, putting my legs up the wall for 20 minutes a day, and essential oils I was out of knee pain by August! Essential oils are a support system.

This is based on the meridians used in Chinese Medicine (energy pathways in the body connected to organ function). This helps you to breathe with ease and grace. In the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, the lung and large intestines are a Yin/Yang pair. When two organs make up a Yin/Yang pair, it means that when you support one, you give the gift of vitality, blood flow, and ease to the other as well.
